Local Worksheets, Minimal Contact Data
This policy explains what the browser tools save, what the email composer handles, and what information should never be entered.
Diagnostic worksheet information
The feature check, replacement record, mounting review, read pattern, read-test log, installer sheet, exterior-tag checklist, and summary can save entries in local browser storage. Those entries remain on the device and browser until the user clears them, clears browser data, or uses a private session that discards them. Purelycitrodayton does not receive those entries through the website.
Contact-form information
The Ask page and the shorter contact form on the home page prepare an email containing the fields the user enters, such as name, email address, general vehicle description, glass status, timing, read pattern, category, and question. The website opens the user's email application; it does not send the message automatically or store the contact fields in browser storage.
Information we do not request
Do not provide passwords, account or tag numbers, complete license plates, VINs, toll-bill identifiers, statements, invoices, payment details, identity documents, or uploaded vehicle records. The site has no document-upload function.
Cookies, analytics, and third parties
The production site does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, third-party widgets, remote fonts, or an external form processor. A small browser-local flag remembers that the local-data notice was acknowledged.
Email retention
Routine correspondence sent to the publisher may be retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange to answer the request and maintain a reasonable service record, then deleted unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. Email providers may apply their own retention practices.
Deletion and access requests
Users can clear diagnostic data from the Compatibility Summary or through browser settings. For correspondence questions or deletion requests, email [email protected]. The publisher may need enough information to locate the correspondence but will not request toll-account credentials.
Sale of personal information
Purelycitrodayton does not sell personal information collected through direct correspondence.
Policy changes
Material changes will appear on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after an update means the user should review the current version.
