No remote diagnosis

The portal cannot determine windshield composition, radio-frequency transmission, tag condition, account status, transaction status, or the cause of a missed read. Not every heated, tinted, insulated, solar-control, or heat-reflective windshield interferes with a toll tag.

Confirm specifications and instructions

Confirm glass construction, designated transponder areas, sensor restrictions, and mounting instructions with the vehicle manual, vehicle manufacturer, dealer, glass manufacturer, glass installer, and relevant toll program as appropriate. Their current instructions take priority.

Safety

Do not scratch or cut glass or coatings, remove factory films, obstruct cameras or sensors, reposition or hold a tag while driving, stop or reverse near a toll lane, or make a toll trip solely to test a setup. Review equipment only while safely parked.

No equipment or account service

The publisher does not issue, order, approve, activate, program, repair, replace, or reconfigure transponders. It does not access accounts, process payments, dispute tolls, determine liability, or guarantee a successful read.
